While I love talking to space people at space conferences, I much prefer talking about the possibilities for a space industry to everyone else.
This weekend just a few feet from the Maryland Science Center, I’ll be MCing the Google Lunar X PRIZE Team JURBAN public demonstration.
Throughout the day I’ll be giving several talks including:
- An Intro to Team JURBAN
- Inspiring us all
- Technology created by space
- What the Google Lunar X PRIZE hopes to accomplish
- Why technology is the easy part
I’m also going to be representing the Amateur Radio community at the event by doing a live Satellite contact demonstration. We’ll be contacting AO-27 on stage right around 2pm Eastern Time. My callsign is N4LNX if you know how to talk via that satellite and want to try and contact us.
