They need to hold a meeting and take a vote before they even think about allowing people to use twitter. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If we&#039;re going to be productive in space again, we&#039;re going to have to do it without NASA. They&#039;ve made themselves impotent in their own field.</description>
