Paul G Graham (@PaulGGraham) wants to go to the moon. Soon. His project: Openluna.org intends to do just that.
His plans include:
- Launching 3 people to the moon
- Sending astronauts in an open capsule in a space suit for the entire trip
- Building inflatable outpost
- Allowing others to rent the space
- Open Sourcing everything they do
Any level of success in a project like this is a win for Human Space flight efforts. Sometimes you have to push on the boundaries of what’s possible to achieve your dreams.
