		<description>This is good--I absolutely agree that we need our heroes back.  There is some kind of cultural phenomenon going on too, I think.  There&#039;s a certain hyper-egalitarianism in which we&#039;re so obsessed with equality (meaning sameness) that we can&#039;t stand to see anyone rise above the crowd.  Also, there&#039;s nothing we love more than tearing down a successful person--although that might be related to celebs and sports figures, but even so, we like to see a fall from grace. Is it a collective self-loathing for a lost, spoiled generation?  There is definitely something going on culturally.</description>
